  • Automation workflows
  • APIs and SDKs

3. Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security
  • All activities under your account
  • Providing accurate information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Collect or process sensitive data without proper safeguards
  • Interfere with the platform
  • Reverse engineer the service

5. Customer Data

You retain ownership of your data.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring lawful data collection (GDPR compliance)
  • Informing your end-users
  • Configuring data masking where needed

Hacktionbase acts as a data processor.

6. Subscription & Billing

  • Services may be billed on a subscription basis
  • Pricing depends on selected plan and usage
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but:

  • The service is provided “as is”
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Maintenance or outages may occur

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Hacktionbase shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Required by law

You may terminate your account at any time.

10. Data Deletion

Upon termination:

  • Data may be deleted after a retention period
  • Customers are responsible for exporting their data

11. Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform remain the property of Hacktionbase.

No rights are granted except for use of the service.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.
